Settlement Gifts: A Guide for Real Estate Agents & Property Managers
Settlement gifts are one of the few corporate gifting occasions with a hard deadline attached — settlement day. Here's how agents and property managers typically approach them, and which vendors in our comparison are actually set up for this occasion.
Budget
Most agents budget somewhere between $50–$150 per settlement gift, scaled to the size of the sale or the value of the ongoing relationship (e.g. a referral-heavy client vs. a one-off transaction).

Timing
Because settlement dates can shift, it's safer to have the gift ready to send within a day or two of confirmed settlement rather than pre-scheduling delivery for settlement day itself. Agencies sending multiple settlement gifts a month benefit from a vendor with a low or no order minimum and simple reordering, rather than negotiating a bulk order each time. Parcelle, Good Day People and Gourmet Basket have no minimum order quantity for branded gifts. Ellar Boutique requires a 4-unit minimum for branded packaging — still low, but worth knowing if you're sending one-off gifts rather than batching them.

A note on reviews
Review data thins out for some of the settlement specialists — First Class Hampers has no independently verifiable third-party review score, and Ellar Boutique's Trustpilot sample is small. That doesn't rule them out, but it's worth reading the review note on each vendor's listing rather than assuming a specialist has been widely reviewed.
